2. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Website are presented with care. Slight variations in fabric texture, weight, or color tone may occur due to device screen calibrations and studio lighting.

• Prepaid Payments: Processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay. We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and authorized digital wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for serviceable pincodes across India. COD orders may be subject to phone or SMS verification prior to dispatch.
• Fulfillment & Printing: ZRON° products are on-demand apparel engineered in collaboration with certified print and logistics fulfillment partners (including Qikink) and shipped directly to your designated address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver within stated timeframes, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by logistics disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our return, exchange, and cancellation criteria are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Size exchanges are supported within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments with tags attached.
